Cory is a North Carolina native who grew up in Raleigh and earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. In 2009, he moved to Cashiers, NC with his wife, Kati, and their two children, Thomas and Charlotte. With over 22 years of experience in custom home building, Cory has built a career grounded in craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail.

Before founding Miller Residential in 2018, Cory served as a project manager for two premier high-end construction firms, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex residential builds. His vision for Miller Residential was clear from the start: remain a boutique firm dedicated to a limited number of projects in order to provide each client with the highest level of quality, service, and personal attention.

Cory remains deeply involved in the day-to-day management of every project, ensuring that each home reflects not only the client’s vision but also the values that define Miller Residential—quality, transparency, and trust. For Cory, building a home is more than a job; it's a personal commitment to excellence and lasting relationships.
